• weekly rate, including all facilities & utilities :

• 2021 : April & May & June  & September 3500 € - July 4200 € - August 4900 €

• arrivals are flexiible, normally at 4 pm, departures at 10 am

Events :

 

• morning rate    :  from 8 am till noon    : 15 € per person + cost of chosen food option

• afternoon rate  : from 2 pm till 6 pm    : 15 € per person + cost of chosen food option

• whole day rate  : from 8 am till 6 pm    : 25 € per person + cost of chosen food option 

• food options     : breakfast, brunch, lunch, 4 o'clock tea, aperitif, dinner, gourmet dinner.

Reservations, payments, deposits :

• B & B :  50 % deposit upon reservation, balance upon arrival, cancellation fee  25 % of paid deposit

• Villa rental : 30 % upon reservation, 50 % of the balance one month prior to arrival, balance on arrival

• Events : 50 % deposit upon reservation, balance one week prior to arrival

Cancellation policy and fees :

• B & B :  accepted one week prior to arrival,  fee  25 % of paid deposit.

• Villa rental : accepted one month prior to arrival, fee full paid deposit.

• Events : accepted one week prior to arrival, fee 25 % of paid deposit.

• The Villa is a non-smoking place, however smoking outside is permitted.

• We are sorry but we can not accept pets.

• Children are more than welcome, please contact for rates for B & B

• For short stays we recommend that extras ( meals & picnic baskets & baby sit etc ) are ordered in advance.
